WHAT WE'RE ABOUT


At King William District CrossFit we are about real, complete fitness.  CrossFit is described as constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. Training like this builds a person who can handle whatever an active lifestyle may throw at you.  There is another term for this called General Physical Preparedness.   Basically, this means that from a physical standpoint you will be ready and able to do anything you want.  Come join us at District as we work together to never stop getting better at all aspects of life, and having a little fun while we do.   Living can be a fight and the workouts you do with us will be a fight as well.   Our goal is to help prepare you for both so you can confidently say, “Yes, I can do that”. 

We are always striving to provide the best experience possible to our members.   We offer various Specialty Classes as well as Open Gym times for our members with an Unlimited membership.  With A/C for the hot summer Texas days, showers for those that need to get their workout in and then get back to work, and post workout shakes to help maximize your gains from each WOD, you will find KWDCF to be a complete athletic and wellness center.

At King William District CrossFit you not only get the benefit of CrossFit’s proven training system but our coaches bring years of experience both as athletes and trainers. We may not take ourselves too seriously but we do take the training and teaching we do very seriously. We will push you to your limits but we will do so in an intelligent and planned manner. At District you will find a group of coaches who truly love what we do. We strive to meet the needs and goals of our members as best we can and take great satisfaction in being able to say we are successfully doing so.  We get results.

INDIVIDUAL MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS

2X per week - $140.00/Month
Unlimited -      $175.00/Month

Add $100 for any Couples Membership

PUNCH CARD PRICES

5 Pack -   $90.00
10 Pack - $150.00

*All monthly memberships require a credit card or ACH on file which dues are automatically drafted on a recurring basis each month.

**No contracts.  Ever.  However, cancellations must be made in writing a minimum of one week prior to the billing date. 

DROP - INS

Class drop-ins are $20.00 during the week and $10.00 on the weekends.  Please arrive a few minutes early to the CrossFit class of your choice.
