At King William District CrossFit we are about real, complete fitness. CrossFit is described as constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. With A/C for the hot summer Texas days, showers for those that need to get their workout in and then get back to work, and post workout shakes to help maximize your gains from each WOD, you will find KWDCF to be a complete athletic and wellness center.
